Meat bread recipe

The day before, I made meat paste noodles, and half of the meat fillings were not finished. I was thinking about how to eliminate them. I had this bread, other pickles fillings, curry fillings and so on.

Food Material List

1 Strong flour 250g
2 Berry sugar 45g
3 salt 3G
4 Dry yeast 5g
5 butter 20g
6 Egg 25g
7 Milk or water 125g
8 Meat stuffing Appropriate amount
9 breadcrumbs Appropriate amount

Operational steps

1 Mix all dough ingredients except butter together.
2 When kneading, add butter, and then knead until the dough is delicate. Pull the dough apart and form a thin film.
3 Round the dough and prepare for the first fermentation.
4 Fermentation to 2 times the size, you can insert your finger into the dough, pull out your finger, leaving a finger gap, it means fermentation.
5 Then exhaust and divide the dough.
6 Pick up a piece of dough and press it into an oval shape. Place the meat filling in the center. Dont ask for the filling on the side of the dough. Pinch tightly from the middle to both sides. Check whether the contact is tight.
7 Then dip the dough in breadcrumb.
8 It can be fermented for a second time.
9 After fermentation, put in the oven, 200 degrees, about 20 minutes.
10 Out of the oven... Its beautiful.
