Food Material List
- 1 Low-gluten flour 85g
- 2 Egg 5
- 3 White granulated sugar (yolk 20, protein 60) 80g
- 4 Salad oil 40g
- 5 milk 50g
- 6 Chopped green onion Appropriate amount
- 7 Salad dressing Appropriate amount
- 8 Dried meat floss Appropriate amount
- 9 Lemon juice Several drops
- 1 Add salad oil, sugar and milk to the yolk.
- 2 Sift in starch and stir into egg yolk paste.

- 9 Spread proper amount of salad dressing on both sides and dip in meat floss to make it ready.
