The bread and flat pasta cooked looks like noodles, but in fact it is quite different. The texture is much harder and the taste is much better. Real pasta I cant make, even if it can, its not necessarily my favorite taste, so I made this pasta with meat sauce based on the pure Chinese way of my own taste. Its simple and nutritious.
