Meiji cabbage

This dish was eaten at my friends house and I thought it was delicious. So I learned to share it with you.

Food Material List

  • 1 Cabbage Half
  • 2 garlic 3 valves
  • 3 Red pepper 3 roots
  • 4 salt Appropriate amount
  • 5 Very delicious juice Few
  • 6 Sugar A bit of

Operational steps

  • 1 The cabbage is washed and dried. It is torn into small pieces. The hard part can be sliced with a razor blade.

  • 2 Slice garlic and rub dry red pepper.

  • 4 A little oil in the pan, add garlic slices, fry over medium and small heat until slightly golden (my fire is too big, but it doesnt matter).

  • 6 Add cabbage, stir-fry to Microsoft and add some delicious juice.

  • 7 When the cabbage is stir-fried and soft, add salt. Salt cant be put early, it will produce a lot of water. Finally, add a small amount of sugar to fresh.
