Operational steps

1 Take 1/3 of warm milk and dissolve yeast in it until yeast is fully active and bubbles appear on the liquid surface.
2 Mix the high gluten flour, salt, granulated sugar and tea powder, then add yeast milk, beaten egg liquid and remaining warm milk to mix, and knead into dough.

10 Place it in a baking tray covered with aluminum foil paper. Put it into the oven for secondary fermentation in the previous (4) method. It lasts about 40 minutes to 1 hour. The dough is doubled.
11 After the second fermentation, brush the bread surface with egg water and sprinkle a little white sesame.
12 Preheat the oven at 360 degrees F (about 180 degrees C). Put the bread into the oven and bake for about 18 minutes.
