Modified kimchi cake

I use pickles that I marinate with hemp, or I can use Korean pickles that I bought.
Food Material List
- 1 Pickled cabbage resembling sauerkraut 250g
- 2 Shrimp meat 50g
- 3 onion Half a piece
- 4 Egg 2
- 5 Kimchi water Appropriate amount
- 6 flour Appropriate amount
- 7 salt Appropriate amount
- 8 sugar Appropriate amount
- 9 Pepper Appropriate amount
- 10 Cooking wine Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Cut diced pickles
- 2 Stir well with sugar and Korean chili sauce (if you buy ready-made Korean pickles, you dont need to put them in) and marinate them.
- 3 Shrimp peeling for meat (or ready-made shrimps)
- 4 Shrimp diced (sliced a little, the final cake is not easy to crack) marinated with cooking wine, salt, sugar and pepper.
- 5 Onion, diced (small)
- 6 Stir in eggs, pickles, onions and pickles soup.
- 7 According to the consistency of the previous step, pour in the proper amount of flour and mix well.
- 8 Stir well, youd better taste salty and season well. Then, according to the size of the cake you want to make, start to spread the cake (I use double-sided electric cake pans, pans can also be used)
- 9 Come out of the pot! complete
