Operational steps
- 1 Soak the gelatin tablets completely in water and put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
- 2 Add sugar to milk, heat it in water, stir until sugar is melted and removed.
- 3 Squeeze the soft gelatin slices and dry them. Put them in the milk and stir until they melt.
- 4 Add egg yolk and stir well.
- 5 Screening, Muse liquid will be more slippery
- 6 Whatever fruit you like, whisk the mud into the milk and stir it evenly.
- 7 Beat light butter at low speed until 7-8. Mix in Muse liquid.
- 8 Prepare a piece of Qifeng cake in advance and lay it on the bottom of the cake mould. You can also use biscuit crushing and butter as the base.
- 9 Pour in Muse liquid, hold the mould in both hands, shake lightly on the table, shake out the bubbles, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- 10 Demoulding. Blow around the mould for about a minute with a blower. Select a cup higher than the mould and place it in the center of the bottom of the mould. Hold the edge of the mould in both hands and gently descend to demould.
- 11 When finished, you can paint a pattern on the cake or put your favorite fruit on it.
