My diet dish – stewed beef

Recently in the weight loss, eat everything very carefully!! I heard that eating beef wont have too many calories!!! So – heres the dish.

Food Material List

  • 1 beef 500g
  • 2 ginger Appropriate amount
  • 3 Garlic Appropriate amount
  • 4 Chinese prickly ash Appropriate amount
  • 5 Green Chinese onion Appropriate amount
  • 6 salt 1 scoops
  • 7 soy sauce 2 scoops
  • 8 Dry pepper 4
  • 9 Stewed beef and mutton 1 packs
  • 10 fresh orange peel 4 article

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the beef like you want!!
