Operational steps

  • 1 Put the eggs in the beating bowl and let them warm indoors.
  • 2 Vegetable oil is heated in microwave oven for 1-2 minutes on medium heat and stirred with cocoa powder. The purpose is to dissolve cocoa powder fully and bring out the fragrance of cocoa (if sifted with flour, cocoa powder is difficult to dissolve and cake fragrance is not the same).
  • 3 Heat milk in a microwave oven for 1 minute until slightly heated. Pour it into the cocoa oil mixture of the previous step.
  • 4 In step 3, sugar is added to the warm liquid and stirred to melt.

  • 8 Mix beaten egg paste and batter in a third way. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. The mixed paste is poured into the mould from a high place, so that the air bubbles can be discharged, and then the mould is lightly vibrated to shake off the small bubbles.
  • 9 Put the mould in the middle of the oven, 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
