Oat Chocolate Walnut bags

According to Uncle Pauls three-wheat bread and my favorite chocolate walnut bags, this paper summarizes the experience of making bread before, and improves the recipe and practice! Its my favorite crisp and tender taste!

Food Material List

  • 1 Whole wheat flour 100g
  • 2 yeast 1g
  • 3 water 100g
  • 4 salt 1g
  • 5 High gluten powder 180g
  • 6 yeast 3G
  • 7 water 100g
  • 8 sugar 20g
  • 9 Powdered Milk 10g
  • 10 butter 20g
  • 11 Walnut Appropriate amount
  • 12 oats Appropriate amount
  • 13 Raisins Appropriate amount
  • 14 Dark chocolate Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 1. Mix whole wheat flour, 100G water, 1g yeast and salt evenly and put them in refrigerator for one day.
  • 2 2. The next day, take out the frozen fermentation head and add gluten powder, milk powder, water, yeast and sugar. I knead the noodles manually for about 25 minutes.
  • 3 3. Add butter and knead the dough for 15 minutes until the dough is smooth. Hand rubbing dough to glove film, the last time from a master learned a good way, the dough on the table hit, about 10 minutes will be enough!

  • 8 Fermentation is good. After oven preheating, the middle and lower floors are baked at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, and then copied to the surface of oat golden yellow.

  • 9 The effect of baking is so great that I cant help sending a sticker. I like the breads crisp outer texture, loose inside, the bread itself is basically tasteless, but there are walnuts, raisins, chocolate inside, the taste is very rich!
