During the nineteenth century when the British Prohibition was promulgated, cocktails were made of Bourbon whiskey, bitter and soda water mixed with orange slices and wine-stained black cherries. Orange peel and Bourbon whiskey blend perfectly, a short drink that men and women like very much.

1 Bourbon Whisky 1.5oz
2 Soda water Appropriate amount
3 Bitter essence 6-8 drops
4 Ordinary Sugar Water 0.25oz
5 Cube sugar One

Operational steps

1 Raw material preparation
2 Take two classical cups and fill them with 4*4cm ice cubes (made of pure water in silica gel mould). There is no substitute for other ice cubes, mainly to cool the cup. Stir with a bar spoon.
3 Take a cube of sugar and put it on a clean paper towel.
4 Take a few drops of bitter extract and soak it in sugar. Spare
5 Take an iced classical cup. Place the sugar flat at the bottom of the cup. Pour in the soda water. Its OK.
6 Step 5 + orange slices half + wine stained black cherries, mash these raw materials. Half of the orange pulp can be mashed. Orange slices need not be peeled, and can be cleaned.
7 Take another iced classical cup and use an ice filter to filter out the ice water, leaving only the ice in it. Pour in 45 ml of Bourbon Whisky + 6 ml of plain sugar water. Stir well.
8 Use the ice filter to pour step 7 into step 6. Note: In Step 6, the crushed black cherry and orange peel should be removed with an ice clip and 3 pieces of 4*4cm ice were added.
9 Take an orange peel and evenly squeeze the orange peel on the blended wine. Put it into the glass. Put the other half of the orange slices into the cup.
10 Put in the whole wine stained black cherry. A delicious Old Fashion was born.
