I wanted to try making bags of pulp with biscuits very early, not pies. Made in Grands Vertical Oven, it tastes and colours very good.

Food Material List

  • 1 Peach Appropriate amount
  • 2 butter 45g
  • 3 sugar 35g
  • 4 Low powder 100g
  • 5 Egg juice 15g
  • 6 Vanilla essence (not added) Several drops

Operational steps

  • 1 Soften butter and add sugar powder. Stir well in a manual beater.

  • 2 Add egg juice twice.

  • 3 Stir well and add a few drops of vanilla essence. (This step can also be omitted)

  • 4 Stir in starch and knead into biscuit dough. Remove after half an hour in the refrigeration room.
