Pork-fried crispy pork pie

Recently, I became addicted to making Soviet-style moon cakes. A few days ago, I saw my familys fork-baked sauce. I had an inspiration to make a Soviet-style moon cakes with fork-baked taste. Its satisfying to eat one while its hot.

Food Material List

  • 1 plain flour 100g
  • 2 lard 30g
  • 3 warm water 50g
  • 4 Powdered sugar 3G
  • 5 salt 3G
  • 6 Low-gluten flour 100g
  • 7 lard 45g

Operational steps

  • 1 Mix minced meat, fork sauce, half eggs, starch, raw soy sauce, rice wine and stir clockwise until sticky.
  • 2 First, make water and oil skin. Mix 100g common flour, 30g lard, 50g warm water, sugar powder and salt. Rub them with your hands until smooth. Place them for 25 minutes.

  • 6 Roll it up from top to bottom, roll it up again, roll it up again.
  • 7 Finally, the dough is rolled into a skin and wrapped in meat fillings.
  • 8 Close the mouth down, put in the baking pan, into the preheated oven, 180 degrees, 15 minutes; turn over and bake for 10 minutes. (In the baking process, remember to brush eggs frequently, brush both sides, so that the cake will look better.)
