- 1 Egg tart skin 8
- 2 milk 70g
- 3 Condensed milk 8g
- 4 Powdered sugar 40g
- 5 Low gluten powder 8g
- 6 Unsalted butter 90g
- 7 Yolk 2
- 1 Prepare all ingredients: egg tart skin, light cream, pure milk, low gluten powder, eggs, sugar powder.
- 2 Egg tart liquid: mix all ingredients except egg tart skin evenly
- 3 Sift the egg tart solution and pour it into the cup (easy to pour into the egg tart skin)
