- 1 Nestle Light Cream 30g
- 2 Pure milk 55g
- 3 Tower skin 4 only
- 4 Yolk 1 pieces
- 5 Sugar 30g
- 6 Cake flour, low flour 5g
Operational steps
- 1 Material these
- 2 Mix the mild cream milk and heat it in water. Stir in sugar until it melts. Cool it (about the same as the temperature of your hand). Whisk the yolk and pour in.
- 3 Add cake powder several times and mix well.
- 4 Powder sieve filtration twice
- 5 Egg tart water 7-8 points full, oven 210 degrees middle 20 minutes over!

Tips
