Potato and carrot roast beef

- 1 beef 400g
- 2 Potato 1
- 3 Carrot 2 roots
Operational steps
- 1 Cut the beef into small pieces and cook it in a cold pot with ginger slices. Boil the water for 2-3 minutes.

- 3 Add some oil to the frying pan and stir-fry the spices, cinnamon, scallions, ginger, garlic and chilli.
- 4 Stir-fry the stewed beef evenly, add a little sauce, and stir-fry the old sauce evenly. Then pour plenty of water into the beef, boil over high heat, then turn to small heat, cover the pot and cook for about 35-40 minutes.
When the sauce in the pot is reduced by half, put the potatoes and radish pieces into the pot and continue to cook. - 5 When the soup in the pot is concentrated, add proper salt, chicken essence and sugar and stir-fry to make the pot come out. Sprinkle some shallot and coriander before boiling.
Tips
After the boiling water, the meat should be cooked immediately or not for a long time. If the meat is tightened, it will not be easy to boil.
