Potato mashed cheese cake

In a dessert shop, I feel very good and want to do it myself, but I dont have time to do it. However, I did it once today. Its very delicious. So Ill share it with you. Double eleven dont cut your hands or your mouth! ___________

Food Material List

1 sweet potato 1
2 Egg 2
3 milk 150ml
4 Strong flour 150g

Operational steps

1 Cut sweet potatoes into small pieces and steamed in a pot until soft.
2 When the sweet potatoes are soft, add beaten eggs and milk and stir.
3 Add the flour and make the paste thicker in the bowl, so that it can form well in the pot.
4 Heat the pan and turn to medium heat. Dig the batter into the pan with a large spoon. (Do not drain oil)
5 After turning over, continue to bake with small fire, both sides can be cooked out of the pot.
6 Dip in honey and eat!
