Food Material List
- 1 Glutinous rice flour 453g
- 2 Baking powder 2 spoons
- 3 pumpkin puree 820g
- 4 Unsalted Butter 227g, melting
- 5 egg 4
- 6 sugar 200g
- 7 Vanilla flavor 2 spoons
- 8 Condensed milk 397G
Operational steps
- 1 Sift the glutinous rice flour and baking powder. Mix pumpkin paste, sugar, condensed milk, melted butter, egg, essence, stir evenly, cut and mix in dry powder. Pour into the mould. The original formula used a 23X33CM rectangular die, I used two dry-energy gold bar dies, a number of other small cake dies, all filled with 3/4.
- 2 Bake in a preheated oven of 175C until toothpick is inserted into the batter and taken out. Fruit strips for four or five centimeters and other small cake moulds for 25 to 35 minutes.
