Purple potatoes are very nutritious and I like coarse grains very much.
Food Material List
- 1 Purple sweet potato 200g
- 2 Tremella 20g
Operational steps
- 1 Soak Tremella fuciformis in clear water for about 1 hour until it becomes soft and fully relaxed.
- 2 Peeled purple potatoes and diced.
