Qifeng Fruit Bare Cake

Fruit choices according to personal preferences

Food Material List

  • 1 Egg 5
  • 2 White sugar (egg white) 60g
  • 3 White granulated sugar (for egg yolk) 40g
  • 4 Vegetable oils (e.g. corn oil) 65g
  • 5 Milk (can also be replaced by water) 60g
  • 6 Vanilla essence 2 drops
  • 7 Lemon juice 5g
  • 8 Fruit (strawberry, pitaya, kiwifruit, mango, pitaya, raisin, cherry, blueberry) some
  • 9 Low powder 100g
  • 10 Unsalted butter 200g
  • 11 Sugar powder (light cream) 20g

Operational steps

  • 1 Add 60 g sugar into the egg white three times, whisk it with an egg beater until it foams wetly, (with a small hook shape)

  • 2 Add 40 g sugar, 65 g vegetable oil, 60 g milk (no milk can replace it), 2 drops vanilla essence, 5 g lemon juice into the yolk. Stir well with a manual beater (or with an egg beater).

  • 3 Sift in 100 g starch (70 g starch, 30 g chocolate powder if chocolate flavor is made)
