Radish sparerib soup specialty

Todays radish rib soup is light, used to eat all hot and unhappy, since the birth of children are taboo. Its really hard because family used to like spicy food. Now the children are slowly eating with us, try to be light. Todays soup is specially added to cook noodles for children. There are still some evenings to go with the side dishes, because the last thing left is meat.

- 1 radish 650g
- 2 Spareribs 500g
Operational steps
- 1 Firstly, I prepared a proper amount of chopped ribs and washed them clean. I also chose some ribs specially prepared for red-roasted ribs.
- 2 Cut the radish hob into pieces and prepare 2 shallots.
- 3 After boiling the water, pour the spareribs into the flying water to remove the bloody smell.
- 4 After the flying water, the spareribs are fished out and the foam is washed off by a clear water.
- 5 Pour the oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the spareribs after the oil is heated.
- 6 Pour the fried pork ribs into the pressure cooker, add some water, and then throw two pieces of ginger into the cover. Stew for 4 minutes after breathing. (Just cover the spareribs or add more, because I want to use soup, so add more water.)
- 7 Remove the valve and pour in the radish. Cover with air and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 8 After relieving the valve, throw in the onion section and add proper salt to get out of the pot.
