Food Material List
- 1 Strong flour 200g
- 2 Low-gluten flour 30g
- 3 Powdered Milk 10g
- 4 milk 158g
- 5 butter 15g
Operational steps
- 1 Material other than butter, knead to expansion stage. Add butter and knead until fully expanded.
- 2 When doubled at room temperature, take out the dough and exhaust all the air (because there is only one rolling process, so air must be emptied). Roll the dough into a rectangular shape the same size as the mould, then roll the dough back into the red beans and roll it up. Mold insertion
