Operational steps

  • 1 Yoghurt cheese solution: Soften 1 and a half pieces of gelatin in cold water ahead of time, drain and melt in 50g milk in hot water. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, add sugar and yogurt, beat to a smooth and delicate state, pour into the gelatin milk (or mix all the ingredients directly into the cooking machine to make it easier), beat the light cream to 6-7 to distribute, and pour into the just mixed liquid.
