When I was in college, I liked jujube mud cake very much, and I didnt think about making it by myself at that time.   • 2 Jujube 70g

  • 4 milk 100g

Operational steps

  • 1 When all the materials are ready, we begin to make jujube paste. Steamed jujube is cooled and cored and cut into very small grains. I use brown sugar as a lump, so I need to cut it up. Then I mix two pieces of materials into mud with a mixer. The mixed jujube mud is mixed with half of the milk in a pot and stirred evenly in hot water. Then the jujube mud is ready.

  • 6 The cake is pasted into an eight-inch mold. The mold vibrates vigorously on the table, bubbles up and sprinkles with black sesame. Preheat oven 140 degrees, the penultimate layer, 43 minutes, midway to 135 degrees out of the oven.

Tips

Eggs must be fresh, otherwise the yolk is loose and the protein can not be separated. Dry jujube needs to be steamed for 15 minutes beforehand, so the mud of the jujube is tasty enough.
