Food Material List

  • 1 Creamcheese 1 pack 8oz226g
  • 2 Egg Two
  • 3 White granulated sugar 70g
  • 4 starch 15g
  • 5 Unsalted butter 150g
  • 6 Vanilla essence 14tsp (1.25ml)
  • 7 Lemon juice 10g
  • 8 Unsalted Butter 40g
  • 9 Crispy biscuits 60g

Operational steps

  • 1 Prepare materials

  • 2 Put the biscuits in a sealed bag and crush them (I used vanilla bottle - *-) while preheating oven 315F and placing a baking pan of water on the bottom of the oven.

  • 7 Whisk with lemon juice.
  • 8 Beat well with cornstarch
  • 9 Beat well with vanilla extract
  • 10 Pour the cake paste into the cake film and put it in the oven for 315F (160C) for an hour.
  • 11 Turn off the cake immediately after one hour. Keep it cool in the oven and put it in the refrigerator overnight or for more than five hours.
