Food Material List
- 1 Creamcheese 1 pack 8oz226g
- 2 Egg Two
- 3 White granulated sugar 70g
- 4 starch 15g
- 5 Unsalted butter 150g
- 6 Vanilla essence 14tsp (1.25ml)
- 7 Lemon juice 10g
- 8 Unsalted Butter 40g
- 9 Crispy biscuits 60g
Operational steps
- 1 Prepare materials
- 2 Put the biscuits in a sealed bag and crush them (I used vanilla bottle - *-) while preheating oven 315F and placing a baking pan of water on the bottom of the oven.
- 3 Cover the cake-film butter with tin paper and put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Mix the biscuits with a spoon and evenly spread it on the bottom of the baking tray. Press it flat and put it in the refrigerator for later use.
- 4 Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, add fine sugar and beat it in an egg beater until smooth and without granules.
- 5 Add the eggs and whisk them evenly. First add the first egg and whisk until they are well mixed with the cheese. Then add the next one.
- 6 Whisk lighter cream evenly
- 7 Whisk with lemon juice.
- 8 Beat well with cornstarch
- 9 Beat well with vanilla extract
- 10 Pour the cake paste into the cake film and put it in the oven for 315F (160C) for an hour.
- 11 Turn off the cake immediately after one hour. Keep it cool in the oven and put it in the refrigerator overnight or for more than five hours.
