Roast dried squid

Ive always liked the baked squid in Cantonese barbecue very much ~very chewy ~very fragrant ~dipped in mustard soy sauce and tasted great! So lets do it ourselves.
Food Material List
- 1 dried squid Two
- 2 Japanese soy sauce Appropriate amount
- 3 mustard Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Take two dried squid and rinse them with clean water. Dry them and set aside.
- 2 Preheat oven 180 degrees for five minutes.
- 3 Put oil paper on the baking tray and spread dry squid flat on the oil paper. No need to put anything on it. Bake directly at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Everyones oven is different, so its better to put a thermometer in it, or observe it next to the oven, until the water on the dried squid is dried, slightly deformed and colored.
- 4 Roast squid and prepare mustard soy sauce. Take a small dish and fill it with a little mustard and Japanese soy sauce. Set aside.
- 5 After the squid is roasted, take it out, tear it into small strips by hand and put it into a plate. Dip it in mustard soy sauce! It tastes great.^^
