  • 3 Berry sugar 65g
  • 4 Salad oil 10g
  • 5 milk 1 scoops

  • 15 Unsalted butter 150ml

Operational steps

  • 1 The method of cake roll:
    1. Separate egg yolk and egg white, whisk egg yolk with 20 g fine sugar until pale yellow and white, fluffy, add salad oil, stir evenly, sift low-gluten flour, stir until no granules, add a spoonful of milk, and make egg yolk liquid.

    2. Place another layer of cake roll, then pour the other half of tiramisu solution into it until it is completely covered.
    3. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, take out the mould, mount flowers on the cake and decorate it.
