I received a bottle of Organic Flaxseed Oil at the weekend. Im very happy. Im going to make pizza with Organic Flaxseed oil. When it comes to making up for him, its often said that "slow work makes fine work". When it comes to gourmet food, its just fine crafting that makes delicious pizza. But I really havent carefully crafted this pizza. Not only that, but its also one of the laziest pizzas Ive ever made. But the delicacy is not discounted at all.~~ ~ The idea of pizza without kneading noodles comes from watching parents make steamed bread. I see that they mix flour, yeast and water evenly. Without dry flour, they ferment for the first time, exhaust, knead, cut into embryos, and steamed in a pot. The time is much shorter and more convenient than usual.~ ~ But the steamed bread is good-looking and delicious. After seeing this result, I went to search the way to eat without kneading noodles. Its the same way as my parents did. Friends who like to eat pizza can try this way ~~O () Ohaha ~~Pizza that really doesnt need kneading noodles.~~

Food Material List

  • 1 flour 280g
  • 2 Yeast powder 3G
  • 3 salt 1g
  • 4 flaxseed oil 3G
  • 5 Black rice 50g
  • 6 Red Japonica Rice 50g
  • 7 Coarse grain 50g

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash black rice, red japonica rice and coarse grains and cook them in an electric rice cooker.

  • 2 Cooked miscellaneous grains cooked in cold but reserved;

  • 3 Mix the miscellaneous grains and rice with a proper amount of water to squeeze the juice, and sift it once.

  • 4 Prepare flour, yeast powder, Organic Flaxseed Oil and miscellaneous grain juice.

  • 5 The flour is mixed with yeast powder and crude grain juice, and can be stirred until no dry powder is available. The crude grain juice I made is slightly thicker than milk, so I used 220g crude grain juice.

  • 6 Mix in appropriate amount of Organic Flaxseed Oil and continue to mix evenly.

  • 7 Cover with fresh-keeping film and ferment in warm place.

  • 8 Observe dough fermentation to 2 times as large as possible.

  • 9 Sprinkle proper amount of dry flour on the kneading mat, pull out the dough, open it with your hands, then pull the edges together in the middle, turn it over and place it for 15 minutes.

  • 10 Ham slices, electric cake brush appropriate amount of Organic Flaxseed oil, fried ham slices until both sides are brown;

  • 11 The fried ham is divided into four parts. The fruit is washed and cut in half. The cheese of Masurilla is ground.
