Salted cherry blossoms (honey-stained cherry blossoms)

Food Material List

  • 1 Cherry with stem 200g
  • 2 Salt for pickling (20% of cherry blossom weight) 40g
  • 3 Rice vinegar and white vinegar 70ml
  • 4 Salt for preservation 50g
  • 5 Honey for honey stains Appropriate amount
