Salted sea cucumber dream

Spring Festival friends sent some semi-dried sea cucumbers, originally intended to eat one every day, but my memory is not good, so the year passed, there are still many, in an occasional opportunity, eat such a mix, feel good so learn to do once, taste good, I hereby share.

Food Material List

1 Semi-dried sea cucumber 5
2 Pepper 2
3 cucumber Half root

Operational steps

1 Sea cucumber foam for two days, during which water is replaced four times!
2 Cut sea cucumbers into one centimeter square pieces and set aside.
3 Remove the seeds from the peppers, wash them and cut them into cubes one centimeter by one centimeter.
4 Cut half of the cucumber into diamond-shaped pieces.
