Food Material List
- 1 Potato 1
- 2 eggplant 6 roots
- 3 Pepper 2
- 4 Li Jinji Red Sauce Appropriate amount
- 5 salt Few
- 6 sugar Appropriate amount
- 7 Chicken essence Appropriate amount
- 8 Salad oil Appropriate amount
- 1 Potato peeled, washed and sliced, soaked in spare, pepper washed and sliced for spare, eggplant washed and hob cut for spare.
- 2 Fill the small milk pot with water and boil the potatoes to crisp.
- 3 Hot oil in a cold pot. After the oil is hot, pour the boiled potatoes into the pot and fry them thoroughly.
- 4 Drain the fried potatoes and set aside.
