Sauteed Sliced Lamb with Scallion cunning

Last week, I had some lamb slices left over from the hot pot, so I made fried mutton with onion by the way. Its good to eat more mutton warm tonic in winter.

Food Material List

  • 1 Mutton slices 300g
  • 2 Green Chinese onion 1 roots
  • 3 Soy sauce Appropriate amount
  • 4 starch Appropriate amount
  • 5 sugar Appropriate amount
  • 6 salt Appropriate amount
  • 7 Cooking wine Appropriate amount

Operational steps
