- 1 Meat stuffing 100g
- 2 Fans Two regiments (bundles)

- 4 Red pepper Few
- 5 Ginger and onion A little each
- 6 Soy sauce Appropriate amount
- 7 Oyster sauce Appropriate amount
- 8 salt Appropriate amount

Operational steps
- 1 Soak vermicelli in cold water
