Its not easy to get up from bed in winter morning. Drink a bowl of hot porridge and some sea cucumbers, warm your heart and stomach in the morning, and go to work full of vitality. ?
Food Material List
- 1 rice 2 Measuring Cups
- 2 sea cucumber 2
- 3 Cabbage 14
- 4 minced garlic 2 scoops
- 5 Ginger powder 1 scoops
