This is a Qifeng cake roll. Its self-made, haha! A slightly bitter cake roll with sweet and sour apricot jam, soft and beautiful!

Food Material List

  • 1 Low-gluten flour 34g
  • 2 Eggs (about 50g each) 2
  • 3 milk 16g
  • 4 Odorless vegetable oil 16g
  • 5 Sugar 1 (for protein) 24g
  • 6 Sugar 2 (for egg yolk) 12g
  • 7 Instant Coffee 3G
  • 8 apricot jam Appropriate amount

Operational steps
