Flower rolls, especially salty ones, have always been my favorite pasta dish. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and even afternoon tea seem to be good choices; and no matter with pickles or rice porridge, they will not be abrupt, hungry, two first!

Food Material List

1 flour 300g
2 Yeast powder 3G
3 Ham 3 roots

Operational steps

1 Wash onion and ham separately and dice them for later use.
2 The yeast powder is boiled in warm water and slowly poured into the flour.
3 The flour is kneaded into a ball and fermented to twice the size in a warm place.
4 Take out the dough and knead it well; roll it into two parts and roll it into square sheets; and brush it with a layer of oil.
