Food Material List
- 1 Foundation sponge cake 6 inches
- 2 Cheese cream 60% weight of sponge cag
- 3 Cointreau Twelve spoons
- 4 Lollipop stick
- 5 Mini-marshmallow A large amount (cut half-in-half with scissors, spare, about 21 pieces each)
Operational steps
- 1 Base sponge cake is crushed with stirring pulp, whipped with cheese cream, decorated with orange wine, and carefully pressed with cake crumbs. Take about 1 tbsp of cake crumbs (about 25 grams) and knead into a ball. Freeze for 10 minutes, take out, dip a little melted chocolate in the paper stick, and insert into the cake ball for refrigeration.
- 2 Hold a paper stick, dip the cake ball into the melted white chocolate, take it out, patiently and gently rotate it until the chocolate is half dry, paste a piece of dark chocolate to make a mutton face, and paste a circle of mini-marshmallows along the dark chocolate (marshmallows should be cut from the middle).
- 3 Complete all the lollipops in turn (about 18 can be made from 6-inch basic sponge cakes). Use the flat end of the bamboo stick to dip the melted white chocolate on the dark chocolate and the sharp end to dip the melted black chocolate to dot the eyes.
- 4 Cut a semi-circular arc on both sides of the dark chocolate, dip in a little white chocolate, insert it in the right place, and finish.
