Its getting hotter and summer is coming. Lunch is crisp and delicious with cold potato shreds. Thats really awkward.
Food Material List

- 2 Red pepper 1
- 3 Green pepper 1
- 1 Chop the garlic and put it in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate. Stir well and jump out of the garlic juice.
- 2 Shredding potatoes, red peppers and green peppers.
- 3 Boil the potato shreds in water, drop a few drops of vinegar on them, and then put in the chili shreds three minutes later. Turn off the heat immediately and use a spoon to remove the cold reserve.
