Operational steps

1 The sand shrimp uses scissors to cut off the shrimp whiskers and feet.
2 Cut a knife on the back of the shrimp.

4 Chop garlic and ginger separately.

Tips

Todays garlic shrimp is a little different from the usual, the biggest difference is that I add garlic twice, start to half garlic with ginger, when the shrimp is ready, then put the other half of garlic into the pot, stir-fry a few times, so that garlic flavor will be more fragrant.
