1 Fine Rib Steak (with some fat is the best) 1 jin
2 Cooking wine 30ml

Operational steps

1 Ribs washed, one cut into two. Marinate with a little salt, a little cooking wine and pepper for a few minutes.

4 Remove the spareribs and dry them with kitchen paper. Place them on a greasy baking tray (a grill that can drain the juice is better). Brush the sauce and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
5 Turn over and brush the sauce again.
6 Put it on the plate and the fragrance is overflowing. Sprinkle some fried white sesame seeds on top and start.
