It has been more than a year since I began to eat vegetarian food this year. Occasionally, I will go to vegetarian restaurant to eat “Meditation Vegetarian Workshop” which my husband and I occasionally visit. His sour and hot soup tastes very good. In the past, he always felt that sour and hot soup had nothing to drink. Later, he fell in love with it irremediably. When I got home, I improved it. The whole family loved to drink and share it with you.
Food Material List
- 1 North tofu 150g
- 2 Potato Half
- 3 Carrot Half root
- 4 Flammulina velutipes Appropriate amount
- 5 green pepper Half root
- 6 starch Appropriate amount
- 7 White pepper Appropriate amount
- 1 Carrot, green pepper shredded, Flammulina velutipes broken
- 2 Shredded potatoes
- 3 A small amount of oil, ginger powder
- 4 Stir-fry with shredded carrots (because carrots are too oily to stimulate carotene oh)
- 5 Stir-fry green pepper and Flammulina velutipes, and add some sauce.
- 6 Put in hot water, boil potato shreds and tofu shreds.
- 7 Add salt, season with a little soy sauce, and add beaten eggs, vinegar, pepper and water starch before leaving the pot. Get out of the pot.
