Spicy and sour radish slices

  • 1 radish 2
  • 2 Chili pepper (red millet pepper) 3~5
  • 3 ginger 6~7 film
  • 4 Sugar Three scoops

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash and dry the radish, chili, ginger, vegetable board and knife. Cut the radish into thin slices and put them in a big clean, oilless and waterless bowl.
