Food Material List

1 Shrimp 400g
2 Bean curd 300g
3 Celery 200g
4 Carrot Half root
5 Green Chinese onion Half root
6 Half Ginger
7 garlic One head
8 Red pepper 10
9 Sugar Extraction from Oil-Salt Chicken Concentrate Wine and Vinegar A little each
10 sesame Few
11 Shallot Few

Operational steps

1 Wash and remove the viscera of shrimp and cut back with scissors.
2 Wash celery and cut it in reserve
3 Wash onion, ginger, garlic and pepper and cut them in reserve.
4 Cut carrots in reserve
5 Cut tofu into pieces and fry it in a pan.
6 Deep-fry prawns until golden brown with oil in the pan
7 Stir-fry celery, carrot, onion, ginger and garlic until half-cooked, then add salt chicken essence, sugar, raw vinegar extract, and continue to stir until half-cooked.
8 Pour in the fried tofu, stir-fry the pepper until fully cooked, sprinkle with sesame and chives, and put out the fire.
