Spinach noodle leek box

Spring is coming, leek is a very good ingredient. The leek box is a regular customer on our table. Just as the spinach we grow at home is ready to eat, we can make it.

Food Material List

1 Leek 200g
2 Spinach 100g
3 Egg 2
4 Mushrooms 3
5 Wheat flour 300g
6 salt Appropriate amount
7 Sugar Appropriate amount
8 Soy sauce A few
9 Sesame oil A few

Operational steps

1 I grow my own spinach without any pesticides or fertilizers, which is reassuring.
2 The spinach is washed and cut off. Put it into the juicer and add a small amount of water to mix. Then it is filtered and dregs removed. The juice is used for noodles.
3 Spinach juice is added to flour and dough, kneaded and covered with a fresh-keeping film, then put aside for a while.
4 When the eggs are scattered, add oil to the pan and stir-fry them into egg-flower shape.
5 Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small cubes, stir-fry them in a pan, and remove them.
6 Wash and chop leek.
7 Stir the fried eggs, mushrooms and chives together. Add the raw extract, salt, sugar and sesame oil. Mix well and the filling will be ready.
8 The dough is put on the table and rubbed into strips. The dough is divided into equal small pastries and pressed into small pastries. Then the dough is rolled into pancakes with a rolling pin.
9 Put filling on the rolled dough cake, only half of it, wrap the other side of the dough cake around the filling, just like dumpling.
10 Brush the bottom of the pan with oil. Put it in the leek box and fry it slowly over low heat.
11 The nutritious and delicious leek box is out of the pot. Its delicious.
