Spring Flavor Spring Leek Silver Cod

This is a dish introduced by Chef Zhang in the Gourmet Trump Card of Star Shang Channel last Saturday. I learned it on Sunday. I wanted to know if leek tastes heavy. I changed it for shepherds purse, and then I used leek. It was really delicious. Chef Zhang used better cod cubes. I used a little cod sauce, mainly the fillet, so I could only cut it into pieces.
Operational steps
- 1 After peeling the cod, cut it into pieces and add a little salt to marinate it. Size it with raw meal and set aside.
- 2 Boil a pot of water, gently put the COD in, scald out the dish. Dont flip in the middle to avoid desizing.
- 3 Dont pour out the water. Cut the leek into pieces after boiling in hot water.
- 4 Heat the pot with a little water, pour in the leek, then sprinkle salt, a little sugar and monosodium glutamate to taste.
- 5 After gouging, pour leek juice on cod.
