Squid with Soy Sauce and Water Youth Canteen

I remember eating squid with soy sauce and water in Xiamen. It is different from steamed light and cooked red. It is boiled with the most distinctive “soy sauce water” in Xiamen, reflecting the delicious taste of squid itself.

Food Material List

  • 1 Fresh and cold squid Two article
  • 2 Ginger slices 3 tablets
  • 3 Garlic 3 valves

Operational steps

  • 1 Remove squid bones and clean them up.
