- 1 Remove squid bones and clean them up.
- 2 Mixed ingredients.
- 3 Squid body with a knife cut even small mouth, do not cut.
- 4 Hot pot and cold oil. Stir in ginger, garlic, scallion and chili until fragrant.
- 5 Add cooking wine, seafood soy sauce and boil in water for two minutes.
