Food Material List
- 1 Lean pork 250g
- 2 Beans 400g
- 3 Potato 1
- 4 Scallion 1
- 5 Garlic 1
- 6 Hand-made noodles 650g
- 7 Sichuan Pepper
- 8 Big batch
- 9 Cooking wine
- 10 soy sauce
- 11 salt
Operational steps
- 1 Wash beans, pinch off both ends and break them into segments with your hands.
