This dish was cooked in the winter of January. Material is local specialty asparagus shoot slices bought when playing in Ruyuan, Shaoguan, which have been sealed and packed independently. Bamboo shoots need to absorb meat fragrance and fat to enhance flavor, so Cantonese winter favorite Cantonese Bacon was chosen. But it looks very fat. Its a good choice to love the taste. Operational steps

1 Remove the bagged asparagus shoots and wash them. Put them in boiling water and take them out. After cooling, squeeze the water out with your hands.
