Stir-fried pork hoof with caramel

This dish I learned from the spicy pig hoof (can search to see oh) practice, I was improved by myself, made two times, the first pig claw is not rotten, the whole is too sweet and spicy, and I think there is fishy smell, unsuccessful, feel stew rotten is very important.

Operational steps

Tips
