Stir-fried pork shredded with winter bamboo shoots and dumplings

Pour dishes are made by my mother-in-law, and my husband always likes to cook dishes, so occasionally make some. This dish is also super fresh when used. In Hangzhou dialect, its called Yierchuan. Food Material List

Operational steps
